I aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days of payment Monday to Friday. Delivery to all usual UK locations 3-5 days from posting.

#### NOTE #### Deliveries outside of the UK are by Royal Mail Priority Air Mail and are generally 12-14 working days but can take longer. As an example USPS (America) states deliveries may take up to 6 weeks.

It is the responsibility by law for the importer (Buyer) to understand and pay these charges. No charge information is available to the exporter (Seller), as this charge is not theirs by law. Delivery addresses and details are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Items will be shipped to the checkout address given at the time of payment. Non-delivery due to misinformation will not result in a refund. Please also be assured that no email addresses or phone numbers will be printed on the front of parcels, unless the Buyer has asked this be done OR unless it is a requirement of the carrier.

Delays & Lost Post: If an order has not arrived in the time expected above then contact me. Please also note that UK items are not classed as lost by Royal Mail until the 15th working day after expected delivery (effectively 20 days from posting) and Airmail on the 30th working day after expected delivery. I am bound to their policy on this and these are my cut off dates before I refund or replace. So in both cases it is important to check in the following locations; your neighbour and your local collection depot.
