Thank you so much for purchasing handmade! I love that Etsy is this high-tech method of buying and selling low-tech items, with a personal touch. My polymer clay pendants are completely hand made – the colors are blended, clay conditioned, rolled, cut, stamped, embossed, imaged, cured, sanded, sanded, sanded, or heat buffed, sealed, etc. I strive for a level of quality on all my pendants, however, some of the pendants will have minor imperfections, or handmade signature, if you will. Proof that they were not machine cut from a polymer sheet and mass produced.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase, so we can discuss a solution that will meet your satisfaction, which may include replacement, exchange or return and refund.
Payment
Please remember that when you make a purchase on Etsy, you must complete the transaction with payment. Make sure you complete the checkout process and actually log in to your Paypal account.

Payment should be made at time of purchase (or notify me if sending a money order). Transactions not completed within 3 days will be cancelled.

Paypal is accepted and preferred because it is the easiest and fastest method available on Etsy at this time. If you prefer to pay with a money order, mark that choice during check out and write me a message in "message to seller", to let me know you will be sending a money order. The item will ship promptly when payment is received.
Shipping
I ship most items via United States Postal Service First Class mail or parcel, depending on size. The shipping fee also includes packaging materials, and you will find my shipping fees are very reasonable. First class mail does NOT include a tracking number.

Please ask me if you would like to insure your package. Insurance not included unless specified in the item description.
****If you would like to purchase insurance, USPS rates are:
$1.35….$0.01 to $50
$2.30… $50.01 to $100

Orders that are over $20.00 will be shipped with delivery confirmation IF your Paypal address matches your Etsy address, and IF your Paypal address is confirmed/verified with Paypal. Paypal does not honor delivery confirmation to unverified addresses.

I am happy to ship internationally. I ship using the United States postal service.

I take care to carefully package and address your order. However, in the event that it is lost in the mail, I cannot be responsible. I have never had a customer tell me that they did not receive a package, even internationally. If this is a concern to you, please request insurance for an additional charge.
