From rolling pins to desert skies...

I've been doodling as far back as I can remember: on paper napkins, in my school books, and on the margins of my notebooks at work. But it wasn't until early 2009, when I decided to pick up a watercolor brush and paint some artfully arranged green beans, that my love affair with watercolors truly began.

Around the same time, my mother got an offer to have her collection of recipes published as a cookbook in Japan. She asked me to create some illustrations for her book and several hectic months later, her book was published in the summer of 2009.

By then I had amassed a large collection of watercolors. Mostly still life of fruit, baked goods and various cooking apparatus. So I decided to open my Etsy shop in November 2009 to start selling my work. More recently, my focus has shifted to nature subjects and landscapes.

While I do my best to ensure that my work is of the highest quality, I know that sometimes a customer may be disappointed with their purchase and I understand that disappointment can happen for any number of reasons. If you find that your purchase is not what you were expecting, please convo me so that we can arrange for the return of the item and/or a replacement.

For items that were damaged during shipping, depending on the item and situation, I will see if it's possible to send a replacement or in some cases, a refund.

Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS.

Estimated delivery time after order has shipped for USPS First Class Mail:
-Within the U.S.: 4 to 10 business days
-To Canada: 10 to 18 business days
-Everywhere else: Varies

For faster delivery, USPS Priority and USPS Priority Mail Express are also available as shipping options.

For international customers, there may be additional delays due to customs.
