Returns and exchanges

If the item you receive is damaged or simply not what you expected, please contact me to discuss options. I will negotiate refunds depending on what I deem the situation to be. I will not refund shipping. We can also negotiate on a trade if you would like a different item instead.

Payment

Shipping

If your item is lost in shipping I'm afraid I probably won't refund you simply because it is an original work of art and difficult to replace. But again, direct communication with me is best.
I will negotiate shipping internationally, but costs and shipping time will depend on the country you are in.
I will ship your item within 3 business days, unless it is a custom order, and then we will negotiate.
