Updates

Friendly reminder that orders placed before December 20th in the U.S. are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. After that date, I will try my hardest to get it to you by Christmas, but no promises.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Exchange is accepted ONLY in a case that I make an error in processing your order. I also will accept returns on personalized items with-in 5 business days of receipt. Please email me before you submit a return. You are responsible for return shipping and your refund will be for the item amount (not shipping) once I have received your order.

You are responsible for approving the design prior to engraving. Any spelling mistakes or other mistakes that are engraved into the glassware based off the approved design are non-refundable.

Damage hardly ever happens in shipping - but if an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me right away. If you haven't opened your box yet, please contact me first. If you have, I will need photo documentation for USPS insurance claims. PLEASE BE CAREFUL if your glassware is shattered. You can always cut your box open and take a photo of all the pieces inside.

PLEASE take into consideration that an item can arrive broken and allow for enough time for me to ship a replacement.

The glasses will hardly ever be completely blemish free. It's the nature of how it is made. I do not engrave on ones with obvious flaws, please be understanding that this glass can a little bit of character additions :) I do weed out obviously flawed glasses that sometimes make their way in to the batch. If you feel your glass is flawed beyond minor, please contact me with photos and we'll figure something out.
Payment
I currently accept Paypal, credit cards and Etsy Gift Cards. Items will be held until payment has been received. NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS
Shipping
Please make sure that your address is correct when you checkout. I hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for orders shipped to the wrong address because of an address error. Tracking numbers are provided on most domestic orders. Once I hand a package over to the USPS, it is no longer in my control. I can only see the same tracking information that you see. If you have questions about the tracking of your order, please call the USPS with your tracking number for assistance, as I will not be able to help you. Please be patient with shipping times, especially during busy seasons. If you are worried about your package being lost in transit, I recommend inquiring with me about adding insurance or signature confirmation to your package (this must be done BEFORE I ship your order. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
