PayPal is preferred.

Please let me know if there is another form of payment you would prefer. No custom orders will be started until full payment is received.
Shipping
Once you have submitted a custom order with Jayme Fort DESIGNS, you will receive a proof of your design within 2 to 3 day via email. Should you wish to have an actual sample of your order delivered to you, please specify this at the time of order and shipping arrangements will be made.

Upon final approval of your design, you will receive a confirmation email within 5-7 days, notifying you that your order has been sent. All items will be shipped via USPS, usually taking 3-5 business days for delivery. (For orders totaling more than 200, please allow an addition 2-3 days for delivery.)

Should you need your purchase expedited, please let me know at time of order.
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOMIZED STATIONERY
No refunds will be given after an approved final print has been made. A discounted exchange can be given if you wish to alter your final print. Please make sure to carefully proof read each word before submitting your final approval.

Frequently Asked Questions...

Will I be able to see my custom designed stationery before I receive my order?
YES! You will be emailed a proof for your approval within 48 hours, prior to the final printing.

Can I have an actual sample of my custom designed stationery?
For orders totaling 25 or more of any one item, arrangements can be made to have sample mailed to you, for an additional shipping fee.

Once I receive my proof, can I make changes to the design?
YES! At Jayme Fort DESIGNS, I believe each order should be unique to you and your occasion. If you are unhappy with things such as color, font, wording, or placement, please let me know and I will make the necessary changes. Once you have given final approval, no additional changes can be made.

What if I find an error after I have approved everything?
If you find an error after the final approval, please contact Jayme Fort DESIGNS as soon as possible. If the order has not been printed yet, the change will be made. If the final printing is already complete, I will be happy to give you a 50% discount for a new order. Please make sure to carefully proof read each word before submitting your approval.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once the final design has been approved, your order will ship within 5-7 days. (See “Shipping” for more details)
