***There are no Refunds on Shipping Costs and all Custom Made Orders. Customer is Responsible for all Shipping Costs when sending any items back to the Seller.***

**If there is a sizing issue, you can return for an exchange, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs sending it back to the seller and shipping costs for the replacement.** To avoid sizing issues, please give the seller an accurate ring size.

*If you receive a wrong item or color, for verification reasons, please send a photo of the incorrect item before a replacement or refund can be issued. Thank you!

Most of my jewelry is delicate and dainty. (Please refer to "Special Care" below under Additional Information.) I try to be clear as possible in my descriptions and photos. If you have further questions before you purchase an item, please don’t hesitate to ask. Also please note that I am not a professional photographer, so the colors on the items may differ from the photos listed at my shop due to flash photography or reflections.
**California Buyers: there will be a 7.5% Sales Tax Automatically Charged to your Order. For San Mateo County, California and Parts of San Francisco, California Buyers will be charged 8.75% Sales Tax. **

CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Find out the details here:
Payment is due at time of purchase and must clear before I begin order fulfillment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase, your order will be canceled.
***All orders will be shipped to the address given on customer’s Etsy account.***

Please note: Due to any Holiday, shipping may take longer than usual with USPS Mail.

For all purchases, please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Business Days are Monday thru Friday.

For Custom Orders, once payment is received, please allow the specified time frame given to you by the seller for completion of your custom order before shipping.

For U.S. Orders, Delivery Confirmation is included to all USPS First Class Mail packages, so you can track the status of your package and ensure Delivery in a timely manner. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. If you tracked your Delivery Confirmation number on the USPS website, and it states that it has been delivered, but you still have not received your package, please contact your local USPS Branch.

For International Shipping outside the U.S., purchases will be processed and shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks or longer for delivery, depending on your country's customs and postal services. USPS First-Class International Mail is not trackable, and please be aware that delivery times differ due to each countries' customs and postal services.

Before you purchase your item(s), if you would like to include insurance to your order to insure any loss or damages, please send me a convo and I can give you the amount from the USPS website. If no insurance is purchased, unfortunately, once it leaves my shop it is out of my hands.

Additional policies and FAQs
Special Care:
Please take special care of your jewelry, this will help prolong its original condition.
Try to store your jewelry in a dry area and try to resist frequent exposure to water to avoid tarnishing. The best storage is to keep it in a small resealable plastic baggy when not in use. Also, try to remove your jewelry prior to bedtime and any physical activity that will cause your jewelry to get lost or damaged. Unfortunately, the seller is unable to replace jewelry that has been improperly mistreated.

Custom Orders:
I accept Custom orders depending on the design. I would be happy to provide a time-line for completion after evaluating the request. Payment is due before I begin the custom order. Please go to "Request Custom Item" at my shop if you want a custom order.

For Custom Orders, Please note: Once payment is received, please allow the specified time frame given to you by the seller for completion of your custom order before shipping. My designs are all handmade, so no two items will be identical. There may be slight differences in custom orders compared to the pictures shown at my shop. That's what makes all my designs unique!
