All u-did crafty things are made by hand, which means you will see stitching, you will see imperfections, you will not have the same birds twice - that is what makes handmade things unique.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Easy Peasy! u-did is using PayPal, which allows you to pay with your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. You do not have to create a PayPal account to use this payment method.
Shipping
u-did ships via USPS standard. We account for one week delivery time frame, however mostly the package will arrive sooner. If you wish you receive your order with express, please contact us directly. Additional cost for express shipping will apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
u-did is all about smiles!
We are happy to work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Although every precaution is taken to securely package your items, however damage sometimes occur during shipping. u-did reserves the right to repair or replace items damaged during transit. If your purchase arrived damaged, please (you must) contact us within three business days. The item must be returned in the original packaging and we will pay for return shipping costs.

Refunds may be issued on an individual basis. In the case of a return, the item must be returned in the original packaging and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders.

u-did's mobiles are NOT a toy and must be hung out of reach for babies. u-did's mobile are for visible enjoyment for your baby only. Please adjust height of the mobile as your baby growth.

We use vintage and recycled fabrics for our bird bodies, recycled buttons for the eyes, fishing wire for hanging material and a Northern California branch. The branch has been treated with wood warnish.
