If you want one of my designs printed on a specific product you don't see in my shop, send me a message with a suggestion or request. And especially if you purchase an item and have any questions or concerns, please, please, please contact me before choosing to leave a bad review so I can find a workable solution. I had all 5-star reviews until someone left a 1-star review and would never respond to me when I tried to make things better. That one bad review tanked my ranking (I hope it wasn't another shop owner trying to kill my shop's rating).
I truly appreciate your patronage and patience with recent postal shipping delays, and I am so very thankful to have the opportunity to serve you throughout the year! In addition to providing you with the best possible experience purchasing from my shop, I'm very proud of my work and I want you to enjoy it as much as I do.
As any carpenter will advise, "Measure twice, cut once." Please DOUBLE-CHECK you enter the correct mailing address. If you don't receive your item due to your providing the wrong address, you will be responsible for any costs to re-ship an item. Moreover, ORIGINAL PAINTINGS (e.g. on canvas, boxes, magnets, etc.) are one of a kind and cannot be duplicated, unless that painting's image is printed on other products, such as purses, shirts, and other products. Please keep track of your DELIVERY DAY so you know when your purchase is being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance, and I will not replace items at my expense.

5 out of 5 starsMy review is so late but I absolutely adore my little painted rock! It has found a beautiful home next to one of my tiny plants. Shipping was so fast I had to take a look again where it was coming from because I thought surely it would take longer to get from CA to me in Michigan. Packaged beautifully and I love how a card was included that told you exactly how many different painted dots were on my rock. Lots of detail and must have a lot of patience! A truly unique find and I would order from this shop again! Thanks! (Oh and there is a you tube video of how these are made!)

5 out of 5 starsI can't say enough good things about this shop and these masks. Product was delivered in less than a week (shipping from CA to FL). Quality is great, so many beautiful patterns to choose from. Love that the nosepiece is removable for washing and therefore would also be easy to replace. These will be my go to masks going forward.

The thread in which is strewn through the mask is brilliant and I can only hope that one day I may achieve the same brilliance. I witnessed the masterpiece being born with the glow of 17 angels dropping from heaven to sing for the beautiful mask. It is truly and honor to have such an incredible article of protective cloth. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
I'm happy to work out custom orders if you would like a different version of an item listed. Please contact me via Etsy message.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
If there are any problems with your order, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can try to solve any issues.
BEFORE returns will be accepted, customers must contact me within SEVEN DAYS of receipt regarding any issues with your purchase. Only after getting an OK from me, items must be in perfect condition and returned in the gift box I provided, sent in a bubble mailer, and include a TRACKING NUMBER. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that are lost in the mail will NOT be refunded.

SIZING DETAILS
Most of my jewelry comes in different lengths, and the options are available in the drop-down menu or detailed in each item's description.
- Necklace & Bracelet lengths:
The length of the necklace/bracelet is the total length, measured from end to end laying flat.
If you are looking for a specific length and it isn't listed, please contact me. Other than some embroidered beading pieces that may be specific lengths, I will be more than happy to create the size that's just perfect for you.
WRONG ADDRESS AND NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please, please check your shipping address before you place your order!
♫ I ship to the address provided to me by Etsy at the time of purchase. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned to me. I can re-ship it to you again upon receiving the item back in the mail.
♫ To reship your item, you will need to purchase Standard, Priority, or Priority Express shipping rates to post the order again.
♫ Missing packages marked as "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Please check with your local post office, family members, neighbors, and mailman or mailwoman. In many instances, they can locate it for you.
