Welcome to Jewelry By Deloris! I started my business in 2005 and love creating one of a kind jewelry. For the first 2 years I purchased cabs to wrap, but the quality was inconsistant. My husband Lenny and I joined our Gem and Mineral Society and we both learned to cut our own cabs. I soon stopped cutting cabs and now Lenny cuts all of my cabs for me. He starts from the rough rock or cut slabs, and hand cuts each piece, as he says, the way I like to wrap. We sit together and trace out the template shapes that we like (he is always looking for something special in each stone) and then he goes to work. Since no 2 stones are ever alike, this adds to the unique look of the wire wrap. We hope you are as excited about the look as much as we are!
We handmake jewelry. We are not professional photographers. We try to show the item as it is. If you would like more photos, or photos in a different lighting, please contact us. Your satisfaction is the most important item in our shop.
Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept paypal only.

Our main concern is that you receive your item exactly the way it was sent.
Our second concern is that if you do not receive your item that we can track it, find it and get it to you.
Each item shipped in U.S.A. will be shipped priority mail, which includes delivery confirmation, and includes $100.00 of insurance. If you want to insure your item for more than the $100.00 convo us to add the extra cost of insurance to your purchase. You will be responsible for only the added cost of insurance. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We will put as many items in one box as will safely fit without damage to your items.
We have just received ( March 2014 ) an international order and have found that using the printed shipping labels from etsy we can ship to many international destinations for less than $14.00.

We will ship your item the way you want and as inexpensively as possible, but you must understand that if the item gets lost or damaged we will NOT be responsible.
Our customers satisfaction is our top priority. We believe that we produce top quality jewelry and cabs and do not want shipping to be a hindrance for our customers.

Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy is store credit, no cash refunds. You will need to contact us immediatly and return the item within 3 days of sigining for it. On rare occasions, there are unforseen circumstances and we will work things out to your satisfaction the best we can.
If you receive your piece in damaged condition, contact the Post Office.
We ship each item fully insured for the purchase price. That way, if there is damage , you are completely reimbursed.
