Although the price clearly stated 'free shipping,' I later received a second Paypal charge without explanation. Since I was giving this as a gift and it was time sensitive, I paid it. When my hummingbird did arrive (late) it was packaged in scraps of a cardboard envelope that had been crudely taped together. Because of the insufficient packaging, the product inside is damaged. The beak is bent completely backwards. When I tried to contact jbweldz about the issues, he was unresponsive for two weeks. Once he finally responded, he took no ownership for his shoddy, penny-pinching packaging. He told me that the postal service would not insure the mail and advised me to hammer the beak myself and hope it wouldn't break. Seriously disappointed in the poor quality product I received and the abysmal customer service from jbweldz.
