Customer satisfaction is very important to me! Lots of love and care are put into the items and their packaging, if for any reason you are unsatisfied in any way please message me and we'll figure out a way to resolve the issue.

Shipping

All items are nicely wrapped and tied with a bow.

All items are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) first class or priority mail, depending on weight which usually take 2-5 business days to arrive and come with a tracking number.

For international buyers please contact me prior to purchasing for shipping cost adjustment.

All items are shipped to the Etsy address you have on file. If a different address is needed, please leave a note to seller during checkout with the address you need your item(s) shipped to.
