Unfortunately, we do not. After using various types of elastic, knotting them differently, using glue, we’ve found that they do break.

We cannot offer a repair warranty for stretch bracelets, and we cannot knowingly sell something that can potentially break and cause harm.

Our alternative are memory wire bracelets - coiled beaded strands that wrap around your wrist without the use of a clasp, and these don’t break.

The length of earrings will depend on your preference, but it also depends on the length of your hair.

Typically ladies with shorter hair, prefer their earrings to be 1 - 1 1/2” or shorter in length. Whereas ladies with longer hair prefer longer earrings.

If you’re unsure about the length of the earrings you’re interested in buying, you can hang a string from your pierced hole(s) in your earlobe to see how long the earrings will be.

Or if you have a favorite pair of earrings, you can measure them to get a rough idea of how long you like your earrings to be.

If you see a pair of earrings you love, but they’re too long for you, message us and we can work together on how to create a pair that’s similar but shorter for you.

1. Wrapped gemstone post earrings that sit on your earlobes

2. Wire wrapped drop earrings in herringbone weave, caged bead style, single twisted wire, coiled wire, and a chaos of wire wrapped around the bead.

CHOKERS are 14” to 16” and fit snugly around your neck.

PRINCESS is 18” and hangs to about your collarbone.

MATINEE is 20” and will hang to just below your collarbone, whereas 22” will drape to above your breast.

OPERA is 28” to 34” and hangs to about your navel. These can be wrapped around the neck twice.

ROPE is 40” or longer and sits below your navel. These types of necklaces are usually wrapped around the neck a few times.

All of the necklaces at JC Heart Designs are measured with the clasp included. (This is not so with other jewelry businesses.)

If you have any bracelets you love, you should measure these and the length will give you a good estimate as to what size/length you prefer. However, the size of the beads will make a huge impact to the overall length. The larger the bead, the longer your bracelet needs to be.

To measure the diameter of your wrist, lay a string (not yarn), a tape measure or ruler on the underside of your wrist, and measure from left to right (or right to left.)

To measure the length of your wrist, use a string (not yarn) or tape measure and measure the circumference. You’ll want to add 1/4 to 1/2 inch so the bracelet will not be tight up against your wrist.

We will always disclose the size/length of bracelet along with what size wrist it fits.

Here at JC Heart, our convertible necklaces can be shortened into a necklace and anklet or bracelet, or worn as one long necklace. If there’s a pendant - it will be interchangeable so you can remove it and use it with another necklace or as a zipper pull.

If our bracelets have toggle clasps, and you have another necklace with a similar toggle clasp - you can wear them together. This is why we switched over to toggle clasps on a lot of our jewelry to make it interchangeable.

You can string a bunch of bracelets together to make one long necklace. 🙂

JC Heart Designs offers many types of ear wires for your comfort. We handcraft our own French hooks, kidney wires, hoops, and posts using 93.5% Argentium silver wire, 14 karat yellow or rose gold filled wire and sometimes niobium. All of these metals are hypoallergenic.

We also offer stainless steel fishhooks, lever backs and post ear wires.

Some of our earrings are made with iron fishhook findings.

We will always put ALLERGY INFORMATION on our product descriptions. If you have any known allergies to any metals and the jewelry you want is not in a metal you cannot wear, please let us know. We can custom design it for you.

❌ AVOID VIGOROUS ACTIVITIES - perspiration can ruin your gemstones
❌ AVOID CHEMICALS, LOTIONS, OILS - Dress, apply your makeup, perfume, style your hair and then put on your jewelry
❌ AVOID HARSH HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS - Don’t clean with your jewelry on; tell your significant other that s/he needs to clean. 😉
❌ DON’T GO TO BED with your JEWELRY on. Take it off and place it in its sealed bag, in your jewelry box, away from sunlight. Store in a cool, dark place. Wrap in cloth to keep gemstones safe.

See care instructions for gemstone cleaning. If unsure: use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down gemstones. Some gemstones cannot be submerged in water - they will disintegrate.
