Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

* if you are unhappy with your purchase, please DO NOT return items without notifying us first.
* We charge a 10% fee for returns. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
* Returns are processed with in 2 weeks upon receiving your item(s).
* When returning items, please use the same box (or similar) to protect the item during shipping. If you want to track your return we recommend using 1st class with tracking. Unfortunately, We can not refund items if we don't receive them.

* Due to the nature of all items being made to order, please allow for slight variances on items. All sales on HAND STAMPED bar jewelry and CUSTOM REQUEST items are FINAL. We will accept returns for refunds (excluding earrings for sanitary reasons, NO exception) on unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Because we understand that every ear is different, Tragus earrings may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY (minus shipping costs). Any returns after 7 days will be a store credit. Postage for returns/exchanges will be the buyers responsibility. Please feel free to contact us for any questions/uncertainty prior to your purchase. Thank you!

*We do not carry full gold on hand, a special order is made for materials. Due to this, full gold returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

* In order to better serve our customers and to avoid disruption of our workflow, you have 24 HOURS from payment to notify me of any cancelations. You will receive a full refund, which includes shipping if made within the 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will get a store credit that may be applied to anything in my store.

* We do resize! The first time is free to resize rings, necklaces or necklaces, after that it is $5. You just pay shipping :)
* Please contact me if you need resizing. Also, note that there maybe a slight difference in the appearance on certain items such as rings. If you are needing to make a ring larger, I am only able to resize up to 1.5 sizes up for original size, also depending on the item. Additional shipping fees will be billed to the buyer. Please provide us with your email address to send the invoice to.

* Please contact us prior to sending in items for repair.
* Basic repairs can be done on certain pieces. If you need to repair an item, please contact us first. Items that need to be repaired that is purchased within 3 weeks of purchase date will need to be sent to the below address. After three weeks, shipping will be incurred by the buyer. Repairs will be accepted up to 6 months after purchase date.

* If we made your order incorrectly, please notify us. Please send items back to the address below. Once receipt of tracking number, we will work on your correct order and will ship out at our expense. Your shipping cost to return the mistake item, will be refunded in the form of a partial refund on your original order. We will not refund packaging as these prices can vary. Please try to use the same packaging we sent to you or something similar.

Florida buyers will be charged sales tax according to your shipping zip code.

* Please make sure your shipping address is correct BEFORE payment. We will not be responsible for "undeliverable" or items not received if your address was imputed incorrectly. This is your responsibility to check. To minimize any mistakes, we will not change the address on the order once it is made. If you need to change it, reorder the item and then send us a convo to cancel the incorrect one.

* Returned to Sender: We would like to stress that you please double check all delivery addresses. If any packages are returned for this reason, we will bill you to resend it to the correct address. Unfortunately no refunds will be given for any personalized or custom items.

While continuing to grow, we are still able to ship our your jewelry in 5 to 10 business days. Expedited options are also available at checkout, please contact us if you have questions. We do offer FedEx shipping.

* We aren't able to guarantee any shipping times for international orders. We can estimate that it will arrive in 2-6 weeks.

* Packaging cost are included in the shipping costs. We gift wrap all items and ship them in white padded envelopes.

* Lost/Stolen/delayed packages:
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays after packages has been shipped. (If you have purchased upgraded shipping please message us in this case)
-If your package is marked "delivered" via USPS.com we can not be held responsible if you can not locate it. No refund will be given.
*Check with neighbors or other household members if they have your package
*Check under stairs or any other places the postmaster may have left it
- It takes 6 weeks for USPS to declare a package lost, please wait this time period to contact me for a refund/store credit
*once declared lost, we will remake the item and bill the buyer for reshipping costs
- It is the buyer's responsibility to report any lost or missing packages to their local post office

*** As you can imagine, we ship all over the world. We do not know every country's laws and fees regarding import/export. To our knowledge, these fees are imposed randomly and that not all orders are subject to these fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's laws prior to purchase. Because this is a fee that is assessed by your country, We not responsible for extra charges your country imposes on your package. Should you decide to decline and have it shipped back, We can refund the cost of the item only. No refunds will be given for shipping costs, NO EXCEPTIONS. Additionally, there is a 10% restocking fee. Refund times take between 1-2 weeks upon receiving returned items.

Please be aware that we are in no way responsible for any delays when items are held in customs. If you'd like to reorder your item, you may and if your original order gets returned to me, we can extend a refund for the total cost of the item ( minus shipping)
