The painting is even more beautiful in person! The colors are vibrant and the artist really captured the essence of these lovely flowers. It was wrapped and boxed carefully and arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend!!

Jean Delaney Art

Jean is a Vancouver Island based artist, surrounded by such beauty has been pivital in the progression of her painting journey. Jean leans heavily on colour and movement to explore the endless possibilities of creating each piece of art, she paints very quickly and intuitively until all the colours get along.

For ten years Jean had a rug hooking design business, during that time she still made time to paint taking several workshops along the way. Then in 2012 the shift began and she felt the pull to put all of her energy into painting.

Every morning when she heads into her studio she feels a quiet elation. When she paints it is like meditation, all of her thoughts disappear and she revels in every moment.
