I make eco friendly hand carved wood ring boxes and lockets, hand forged recycled silver and gemstone jewelry, and unique embroidered fashion and home accessories. I use recycled and vintage materials to promulgate sustainable beauty.
All items are handmade by me using textiles, threads, yarns, beads, trims, metal, gem stones: mostly repurposed vintage and recycled materials. I sew, embroider, wire wrap, hand forge, and carve, utilizing a variety of techniques and precious things in the work I make for you. I put a lot of love into everything I make.

Returns and exchanges
The item must be returned in original and unused condition and I must be informed through e-mail or convo. Once I have received the item back I will refund you, minus the shipping charge, through PayPal using the email address you supplied to Etsy.
Please use delivery confirmation/ tracking for returns. Items not received and without tracking will not be refunded.
Custom orders are non-refundable. However, I will be communicating with you throughout the process of any custom order, sending you photos of the progress and asking for your approval. So you will have ample opportunity to express your desires.
If an item is lost or damaged by the mail service, I will refund you. However filing a loss with the USPS cannot be done until the item has been lost for over 30 days. So there may be a delay in your refund, and in the case of damage, I may require photos of the shipping box and the item to prove loss to the Post Office. That said, I will take all possible measures to rectify any problems as soon as humanly possible.

If you want to save money on shipping, please contact me. I am happy to mail to you USPS first class and refund any shipping overages promptly, however shipping losses and damages are not covered.
Expanded shipping services and guaranteed delivery dates and insurance are available for additional prices. Items over $100 will have insurance added and this is done for your protection and mine.
International customers are responsible for any tariffs, import taxes or customs imposed by their home government.
