Simple, classic hand knit hats and accessories provide stylish warmth and comfort.
Welcome to Jeannie Gray Knits where everything is lovingly hand knit using two sticks, never a machine.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Requests for custom or personalized orders are always welcome. I can not guarantee that I will be able to fulfill your request, but the request itself is always welcome.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sadly, I am not at all talented in the gift wrapping department. I will, however, be happy to include a hand written note card with your purchase. Just use the "Note to Seller" area of the order form to let me know exactly what you'd like the card to say.
Shipping time frames
Most of the time, I will ship your item on the same or one day after payment has been received. I always ship by the third business day and if something unforeseen happens & I can't ship by the third day, I will let you know & offer the option of canceling & refunding the order.
Once I hand your package over to the postal system, I have no control over how long it will take to arrive. Generally, packages going to locations in the US arrive in 2 - 5 business days. International packages usually take 1 to 6 weeks, depending on location & customs.
Shipping costs & refunds
Return shipping costs may or may not be refunded, depending on the reason for returning the item.
Canceling an order
You may cancel your order at any time up until the time I hand it over to the postal system. As long as I still have your package in my possession, I will cancel & refund your order within 48 hours. Please note that it may take several days longer for your financial institute to credit your account.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please contact me to discuss.
Custom or specialized orders are non-refundable and may not be canceled once payment has been made.
