Due to Fed Ex's carelessness, the frame arrived broken. I immediately let him know and within 3 minutes, he responded ready to take care of it. AND HE DID! Another one was framed, rush shipped and received in 5 days flat, just in time for my son's birthday 2 days later. He went way above and beyond to make the situation that wasn't his fault right.
