The Invite Lady is owned by James & Shaina Edwards, a husband and wife team and partnership. The name comes from the original business idea, which was Shaina creating alone. Established in 2009, we have grown quite a bit and now James works full time for The Invite Lady as well as maintains his business That Guy With a Camera part time on the side.

♥ What if I need more than 10 cards?
Please contact me and I will create a custom listing with the exact quantity that you need. Feel free to provide me all the details at time of request and I will create it with your proof to save time!

♥ Are envelopes included with my order?
Yes - white envelopes are included on all Invitations and Thank You Notes. Advice cards, Recipe Cards, Favor Tags, and other party stationary do not include envelopes unless it is stated in the listing.

♥ How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard time until shipment is 3-5 business days. We ship using USPS First Class mail which takes 1-7 days to arrive.

♥ Can I order a JPEG file of your card instead of having you print it?
Yes. Just send us a request from the product screen.

♥ What kind of paper or card stock do you use?
"Finest Quality White/Ivory Matte Stock" as stated in listings is defined for all Baby Showers, Thank You Notes, and Bridal Shower Invitations as 110lb Super Smooth Stock.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Errors are dealt with on a case by case basis. Typically products are replaced for free if you provide me with a photograph of the error. If the proof was approved by you with an error, we will reprint at a discounted rate. In large order cases and cases where I do not feel an error was made OR the product is usable, at the very least, you will be expected to return the product to me at your expense in order for a refund to be considered.

We ship all items via USPS First Class Mail. You can select Priority Shipping during checkout for an additional fee.
