Returns: We will refund the cost of the item only, as we cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us with 10 business days. On T-shirts, since they are printed on demand at the time that they are ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on those; we are sorry.

We accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards) and Etsy Direct Checkout.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal. To pay with your credit card, select the "Don't have a PayPal account" option on the bottom left.

We are located in Rio Rancho in New Mexico, and if an order is being shipped to a New Mexico address, sales tax will be charged. Orders shipped to other states or out of the country are not subject to sales tax.

Items are carefully packed to protect them during transit.
Generally all art will be shipped in a secure package via USPS mail by First Class or Priority Domestic, and First Class International.
All packages are shipped as soon as possible-usually within 3 to 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders can take several weeks, depending on where the package is being shipped and the policies of the customs department there. When shipping from the U.S. to most of Western Europe it usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks or 7 to 10 business days. On rare occasions when shipping to some countries, it can take up to 3 or 4 months. Although Etsy has recently changed the wording on listings saying that VAT (if applicable) is included, most international customers don't want it automatically added in since fees are often collected randomly. So any Customs or Duties will be the buyers responsibility. TRACKING ON INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES STOPS WHEN THE ITEM REACHES THE DESTINATION COUNTRY; AFTER THAT IT IS HANDLED BY THAT COUNTRY'S POSTAL SYSTEM. Deliveries can be upgraded to Priority International, but this runs an extra $23.00, so most of our customers choose not to upgrade. If you need tracking all the way to the destination or other additional services, please contact us for a shipping upgrade. Also, please be aware that not all countries offer tracking.

TAX & DUTY: You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company explaining how to pay any VAT, duty and fees for dealing with customs. They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you haven’t paid the fee by then, it’ll be sent back.

VAT: You pay VAT on goods sent from non-European Union (EU) countries and EU special territories (eg the Canary Islands) if they’re:

gifts worth more than £39
other goods worth more than £15
alcohol, tobacco products and fragrances (eg perfume, toilette water, cologne)

You’ll be charged at the VAT rate that applies to your goods. VAT is charged on the total value, including:

the price paid for the goods
postage, packaging and insurance
any duty you owe

CUSTOMS DUTY: You’ll be charged Customs Duty on gifts and other goods sent from outside the EU if they’re above a certain value. The value includes:

the price paid for the goods
postage, packaging and insurance
Type and value of goods

Anything under £135 No charge
Gifts worth £135-£630 2.5%, but rates are lower for some goods - call the helpline
Gifts above £630 and other goods above £135

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts are printed on demand and shipped to you directly from the printer; turn-around time is around 1 week. This gets them to you faster than if they come to us first. If your order contains other items, you will receive two shipments; one from the T-shirt printer and one from us. This means that YOU WILL RECEIVE THE T-SHIRT EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE OTHER ITEMS.
