About

From our home to yours.

It started as an effort to decorate our nearly-bare apartment walls on a budget. We wanted meaningful art with bright colors and a warm, lived-in feel. After scavenging some old pieces of plywood we found laying around our property, we began making signs out of some of our favorite quotes, sayings, and Bible verses. Soon enough, we found that our friends had requests, too, and we thought to make them available to anyone and everyone. And so, from our home to yours, we bring you Jelly Bird Signs.

Payment
Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We accept payment by PayPal or credit card through Etsy's secure checkout system.

Your order will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by e-Check through PayPal, we will wait until the payment clears before working on your order/shipping.

If payment hasn't been made within 7 days of placing an order, with no email correspondence, we will cancel the order.
Shipping
>>When Will My Order Ship?

Current turnaround for ready-to-ship items is 3-5 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link. (No tracking links available for international orders)

Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within the US in 3-5 business days.
Please contact us with any deadline details prior to purchasing as we are happy to try and accommodate your needs!

We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office.


>>International Shipping

We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Jelly Bird Signs is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Please note - All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the sizes of our signs, we are typically not able to use flat rate shipping boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let us know if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds on regular items will be handled on a case by case basis. Custom orders cannot be refunded.

We are able to exchange or refund your money (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. (We do not accept returns on custom orders). You will be responsible for returning orders in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item.

Damaged Signs - We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, please message us BEFORE checking out.

IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so the colors you see on your computer screen may vary a little bit from the product you receive.
