Jely Claris Anne is run by one girl - your truly. I try my best to make and sell quality items. I would never sell anything I wouldn't wear. I'm 20 years old with years of experience when it comes to various crafts. I love to sew, crochet, hand embroider, work with polymer clay and other random things.

I am a 'seasoned' lolita, a gamer, and a nerd. A lot of the things I sell reflect that. :D

Payment
If you have came here though seeing my work at anime cons and such and are wondering why somethings may cost more on here there is a great reason for that. One is because of paypal fees and the other is because of Etsy fees. Also I like to give discounts to broke otaku such as myself! So please take advantage of my Artist Alley spots when you can. I like to meet the people who wear my things. :3

My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Its safer for you and myself. I don't plan to ship until you have payed.
Shipping
If you live nearby the Charlotte/Concord area I don't mind meeting up to cut off shipping and other fees, but only if you convo me before hand and work something out before you do anything!

I ship off orders every Saturday unless something comes up (which is quite rare). I only have my permit right now, so I can't normally ship during the week but if your lucky I just might be able to. If you need something shipped ASAP I will make it a point to get it out to you.

Shipping is either First Class or Priority through the USPS and comes with confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
If something breaks and there is no foul play involved as far as I can see all you have to do is ship it back to me and I will repair it the best I can or make you a newer one if I can. Just e-mail me before you ship it at jelyclarisanne @ aol.com and explain the damage to me and/or include photos.

Remember my items are handmade by me and if I've made it to sale I have something just like it or similar to it in my own wardrobe/stash and know how sturdy it is. Please handle anything from my shop with care and commonsense and I assure you it will last you a long while!
Additional policies and FAQs
I do custom work if I can. Right now I can't particular do big orders unless you don't mind it taking a bit of time (Its holiday season and my 'actual' job is in retail/working at a children's clothing store *_*) but don't be afraid to contact me and see how my schedule is - there is still a chance I could squeeze you in.

Trades are also something I'm open to. Just to let you know, ATM I'm into whimsical items and big hair accessories~ :3
