Every item is hand picked or made by me. I describe every item to you in detail but if you still have questions they're more than welcome. Used goods usually have some marks of usage. All items come with a "Hand picked by Jemppa" or "Handmade by Jemppa" label. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

Payment via PayPal. If you live in Finland also direct banktransfer is acceptable.

Shipping
Light weighted items I'll ship as priority from Finland. But larger and heavier items the price difference between economy and priority can be greater therefore some items will be shipped as economy. This means that it might take some time before your package arrives. If you want your goods faster or shipped as fragile, contact me so I can send even the larger packages as priority or fragile but it'll cost some extra.
If you order several things, I'll pack them up nicely and send them all together. This way you'll save on packing and postage fees.
Sometimes it's difficult to calculate in advance what the postage fees might be. If I can get the package to you in a much lower rate than what you payed for, I'll refund your Paypal account.
I pack and send your order with in three days of payment.
Make sure that your address is up to date both in Etsy and PayPal.
Any duty or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
