I offer one of a kind fairytale, bohemian/tribal, and steampunk inspired hair pieces, head dresses, costumes and jewelry for everyone. I also create custom and one of a kind wedding accessories for the bride and her groom, the wedding party and the event itself. I also carry my mixed media art and my conceptual art photography, as well as fun, original design potion bottles. And as of January 2018 I have opened a second Etsy shop, www.GriffinHouseStore.etsy.com, where all of my bar and wine accessories are being sold. One of a kind sets of vintage jewelry wine tags, art glass decanters and more!
PLEASE READ ALL SHOP POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
All of my flowers, fabrics and beads are handmade or salvaged from vintage clothing or accessories. These are NOT pre-bought flowers glued onto headbands. These are truly one of a kind, hand cut, hand stitched, hand beaded flowers and accessories. I sew my flowers, beads and buttons by hand in my North-Metro Atlanta, Georgia studio. The only time I use adhesives is to attach items that are not able to be sewn, such as clock hands, some metal findings and natural items such as twigs and moss.
You will find in my items a bit of my favorite genres; steampunk, fairy fantasy, mermaid whimsy, Native American lore and an ancient Celtic distinction. If there is something specific you'd like to have, I would love to work with you to create your custom piece.
PLEASE, PLEASE read ALL shop policies before making a purchase. I am not responsible for misunderstandings about returns, refunds, shipping times, lost packages, and the like. All of these are outlined in my Shop Policies and Additional Info sections.

5 out of 5 starsBottles look fantastic. Tried my best to get the attention to details in the photos. Planning to use these for décor/display and for a cosplay photoshoot. Packaging was very well done. Also liked the water dissolving packing material. It was a fun additional activity for the kids. Would definitely purchase form this Etsy shop again.

About Jennifer Griffin & Her Studio
My back ground is in interior design and I have always loved making things, using my hands. I use many different mediums to express myself, canvas painting, clay sculpting, sewing, paper crafting, mix media, photography. I love to tell stories through these mediums.
Years ago, after my first child was born I started designing hair accessories, costumes, fabric toys, bow ties and flat caps for my kids. That led into creating for other people and thus my Etsy shop opened. www.JenGriffinStudios.etsy.com
After a few years I started blending my love of vintage and antique finds with the items I was making. I moved from designing for children to designing for adults. Brides, costumers, cosplayers, festival goers. I now design not just for the children but for everyone, specializing in fairytale, tribal fusion and steampunk genera.
There are several sources that I look to for inspiration. Literature, nature, my Celtic roots as well as my Native American heritage, the ocean, to name a few. In more detail, I belong to the Delaware Indian tribe. My grandfather lived on an Indian reservation in Oklahoma. My American Indian heritage is on my fathers side and my Celtic heritage is on my mother's side. My great grandmother immigrated from Scotland and my great grandfather, whom my Scottish grandmother married, immigrated from Ireland. My ancestry and the cultures that I come from are important to me.
One of my favorite stories is Through the Looking Glass- and What Alice Found There and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Fantasy and whimsy found in these sources of inspiration have always influenced me. It shows in my work. Natural color palettes, Victorian fabrics and prints, and a hint of my Celtic and Native roots, myths and all, flavor my pieces, art, and photography. I pour a little bit of my heart, soul and history into everything I create.
You will notice there are more things in my shop besides hair accessories. I bounce back and forth between mediums and even use different mediums on the same piece. You will also notice that some of my pieces include my art photography. These images are mine and were captured by me. I have a passion for photography, especially surreal and fantasy. Through my website, www.JenniferGriffinStudios.com I offer photography services from styling/set design to photo images.
My business is small and albeit, obscure, but you can be assured you are getting a one of a kind, well made, loved art pieces and unique vintage finds, as well as excellent and unique fine art photography services.

I love all things old, vintage and antique. I also love to re-purpose items. There are just too many fabulously historiacal items, fabric, buttons, bits and bobs to not use again. But what I love best are my children. They are my inspiration.
