Custom and personalized orders

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THIS PATCH OR PRINT?
When you order from Alchemilla, you're getting a unique handmade item! All patches and prints are screenprinted by hand, in small batches, using unique screens and specific inks. They are not digital prints. Size, color, and fabric can not be customized at this time.

Care instructions

CAN I WASH MY PATCH?
Yes! All patches are made with water-based ink, and are heat-set and ready to be worn on your favorite item. We just recommend that you wash on gentle and air dry to preserve the life of this handmade item.

PRODUCTION TIME + RUSH ORDERS

▷ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ITEM TO BE READY?
Prouctions/turnaround time is generally 1-8 business days, plus shipping. All prints are done by hand by the artist in a screenprinting shop, in small batches. Every once in a while we run out of a design, which can add a delay. In this case we’ll let you know!

▷RUSH ORDERS: If you have a rush order, please message us **prior to placing your order** to ensure that we will be able to meet your deadline. Please note that we will not see any note you put on the order itself until your order comes up in the work queue. To save all of us from frustration and disappointment, we will only commit to a rush order if we are confident that we can meet your deadline!

SHIPPING INFO + OPTIONS

▷ MAILING OPTIONS
Patches are mailed from Northern California in flat envelopes via USPS First Class Mail, and will not include tracking numbers unless you request a Priority Mail Flat Rate or other shipping upgrade. Please note that this may cost significantly more than First Class! Jewelry is mailed via First Class Mail and includes a tracking number. You will get a Shipping Notification message on the day that your order ships.

▷ YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes USPS can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.

SHIPPING DELAYS + ISSUES

▷ MISSING ITEMS
In the very unlikely chance that your order is lost in the mail: If you did not choose to pay for a shipping upgrade with tracking, we cannot replace your item. Once an item leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of USPS.

▷ POSTAL DELAYS: Please be aware that postal delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays do happen occasionally; for items with tracking numbers, but as long as the tracking is still showing that the package is in transit, then all should be well. Once an item leaves our hands it is the full responsibility of the Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the post office and cannot refund the shipping fee or the cost of the item in these cases.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, + OTHER ISSUES

▷ RETURNS: We accept returns on unworn/undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order, except for custom orders. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund or exchange will be issued upon receiving the returned item. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we can try to work it out!

▷ DAMAGED ITEMS: We package everything carefully, but if your item arrives damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the delivery date according to USPS tracking (or within 8 wks of the order date if the country does not provide tracking to delivery.)

All jewelry and accessories are the unique designs of Alchemilla (artist Jen Lorang.) Due to the nature of the vintage materials used, the colors, shapes, and markings may vary slightly. Each design is limited edition. Certain designs may slightly change as access to materials as limited. Slight variations in design may be available in such cases. Specific measurements or length requests are available upon inquiry.
