I don't like to make rules (sort of defeats the whole idea of art, right?), but I will outline how I do things. As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I only issue refunds or exchanges if the item is defective. Make sure you look at the photos of the item, and click the zoom! My photos are very detailed so that you can see all the tiny bits of the work and know exactly what you are buying.

If there's a problem with shipping, such as severe damage in transit, send me a message with what happened and we can work something out. Since it isn't the fault of me nor you the buyer, if something happens while in USPS's hands, I typically try to be fair and split costs of reshipping a new order.
Payment
Once an item has been shipped, or a custom order has been approved (completed), the order cannot be canceled.

For large custom design projects (that are unlisted), I ask for half the payment up front and the rest upon completion.

Payment for custom items is almost always due upon your approval of photos of the completed project. Meaning: if you want changes or do not like the final outcome, you don't have to pay me until it looks exactly how you want it.
Shipping
All my shipping prices are estimates and include the cost of actual postage *and* the envelope or box the item is shipped in. If you would like expedited shipping and/or insurance, just let me know in a message and I will send an updated invoice. I will always send you a note to let you know when your item has been shipped.

If the shipping cost ends up being less than you paid, I'll refund the difference immediately.
