I really hate to leave negative feedback, but I ordered this item May 6th and still haven't received it! It was supposed to ship out within a week. I contacted Jenni and she said she had an unforseen absence but said would mail it the next day on May 21st and I am still waiting. Now, I emailed her a few days ago asking if she has shipped and she is no longer even responding. I am not happy. AT ALL. It is June 3rd. So disappointing!

Ordered this item April 14th. After emailing to find out where the item was, I got every excuse...Going out of town....USPS lost it. Was promised it was being shipped and I was given a tracking number on April 27th. When I complained it had not arrived I was told she had gone down to the local post office to complain to the manager but it arrived today [May 13th] and when I look at the tracking information I can see the label was generated Apr 27th but it was not given to USPS until May 11th. So the "dog ate my homework" excuse was a lie. What a shame...I'd rather have been given an honest explanation of "I am so so sorry I haven't had time to make it or take it to the post office" I would have had more respect. Cute item....just don't order under a time crunch. A month waiting time is not acceptable.
There's no rule that says functional can't be fabulous.
I started sewing and crafting in the 80s under the tutelage of my fabulously talented mother. (She is literally a perfectionist and all of her creations are stunning!) My first sewing project was a pink and white striped shorts/top ensemble--I had dreams of becoming a fashion designer in Paris. (Clearly I’m still waiting for this to happen.)
Along the way, I took costume design courses in college and worked in theatre both in front of and behind the curtain. I began collecting fabric as a teenager, and, in my early 20s once I established my own home, I started quilting and making simple home décor items.
What started as me creating a travel gift for a friend turned into me starting a small business—and the Jenni20 Designs Travel Laundry Bag was born.
I’m a West Texas girl (a farmer's granddaughter) living in the big city now, so my entire life I’ve been made aware of the responsibility we have to our land. That's one reason why I’m committed to creating travel accessories and gifts that will help my clients reduce and reuse! (And my travel laundry bags are so much more chic than a plastic bag!)
Although many of the textiles I use are created in the traditional ways, I’ve been researching and acquiring more sustainable and earth friendly materials. Organic cotton, bamboo blends, solvent-free inks and dyes will all play an increasingly larger part in my business.
And y'all, my new packaging is awesome! My travel bags are packaged in biodegradable & *compostable* clear sleeves. These bags are PLA products which mean they are made from plants! (If you don't have a compost pile, just bury this bag in the back garden.)
