Payment through Paypal is expected immediately following your purchase. Please make sure you follow the link to Paypal to complete your transaction.

Iowa residents will be charged appropriate sales tax for your county. This will be automatically figured into your Paypal invoice.

Money Orders can be sent to the address that you will receive after your order is placed. Your item will be packaged and shipping once the money order is received.

For domestic orders (USA):

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of payment. Sometimes there are delays as making pots is not my full-time job, so if you have a deadline or need your item right away, please let me know.

Packaging:

All of my pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. I have lots of experience with shipping my work so you can feel confident that I will get your item to you safely.

I will gladly replace or refund any item that should be broken or lost in transit, but I haven't had a problem yet. :)

I use a combination of new and clean, reused packing materials. All ceramic pieces are usually wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and nested into a bed of packing peanuts inside a sturdy cardboard box. That box is then placed within another box which is slightly larger to allow for an inch or so of packing peanuts. Sounds extreme but it is better to be safe than sorry.

I include a copy of your etsy receipt with your package.

If you would like me to include a note with a gift purchase, just let me know! I also love to gift wrap so let me know, I'll do that for free!

I use UPS Ground or USPS Priority for most of my packages - depends on the size. Please allow 5-10 days for the arrival of your purchase. Again, if you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster service, just let me know.

For international orders:

International packages are shipped out once a week using International First Class Mail for items under 4 pounds or Priority International for heavier shipments.

You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.

I will do my best to check on any restrictions of what can be shipped before I send out a package. If for some reason your purchase can not legally be sent to you, I will refund your money.

Charges for international mail can be hard to estimate. If I have over charged you for shipping, I will refund the difference.
