IT IS PROHIBITED TO RESELL MY LABEL PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE! They can only be used on products that you are selling or gifting, etc...but do not purchase to resell the labels to other customers. They must be used on products that you are selling or gifting.

***Canceling your order is possible, only if I haven't completed your order yet.
***If payment is not immediately made, I will email you with a reminder or notification of failed payment. Once payment is made, I can resume your order. This may also delay the processing time.
***Turn around in the USA is 7-10 business days. International is 4-6 weeks. Sometimes sooner, and occassionally longer.
***I CANNOT replace lost packages. If you are concerned about this, please contact me first to add on insurance and/or tracking. I now ship using tracking through USPS...only to USA locations. If you need registered mail with International locations, you must upgrade to Express mail.
*** If you are in a time crunch and need your labels by a certain date, please send me a conversation FIRST including the date and location of destination. If I can meet the deadline and location, I will set up a custom listing for you. If you order first, your order will be processed in the order it was received with regular USPS First Class shipping. What is your turn around time?
7-10 business days with a slight extension during Postal Holidays. See USPS.com for a list of qualified Postal Holidays. The time will sometimes be a day or two longer, but I strive for faster.
What size are the labels?
*Standard size is 1 by 2.5 inches, but I am VERY flexible if you need a custom size.
Will the labels fade or fray?
*The labels should not fray if sewn on and used appropriately.The printing will not fade anytime soon...after long term use, they might, but I can't get them to fade under my heavy washing experiments.
Can I wash the iron on labels?
*Yes, you can wash them, but the edges will peel up a little over time and many washings. You can sew the iron on labels down though! Iron on labels will give you a little more flexibility with application. The print will not come off, run, etc from washing though.
Can I split the package into more than one design?
*I cannot split a listing into different designs. I can only do one design per listing.
Can I have you do a few proofs to choose from?
*I cannot do multiple proofs to choose from. I have to ask that you choose one design, and I will send a proof to approve. I also cannot do proofs before purchasing. My time is very limited due to a high volume of orders. If you know exactly what you want, you can always design it and send me a 300dpi jpg or pdf file.

With the new CPSIA requirements, I'm getting A LOT of orders and questions. :) I am thrilled to be of assistance. After doing some research for myself, I'd like to post this information for you to read. It helped me understand the hand crafters requirements on labels. Although, I cannot guarantee what you need on the labels. That will have to be up to you to tell me what you need!
In addition, FTC has guidelines that should be followed also:
