Payment
Please pay for your item immediately after checkout. I accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards. I will not be able to ship to your address until payment has been made in full. Please keep in mind if you're a new customer with Etsy or PayPal, your order will sit under "pending" or "processing" for several days. I cannot prepare or ship the order until it's removed from this status. As soon as this status has cleared, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping
Items ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.

I will ship to the address you list on your Etsy receipt, please make sure that it is current.

I do combine shipping for multiple items only if payment is sent for all purchases in one transaction.

All items ship using USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. I ask that you provide a photo of the damage or incorrect item within 7 calendar days. You can attach the photo of the damaged/ incorrect item in the Etsy conversation. In most cases I will send you a new item right away. Sometimes I will ask for the damaged item to be returned first, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please remember I want you to be happy with your shopping experience. I am happy to work with you to find an agreeable solution.
