It all started with earrings...

Attending a craft show, I absolutely fell in love with a gorgeous pair of long earrings that were way out of my price range. As I stood there turning them over and over in my hand, fighting the compulsion to buy them anyway, I started to see how they were constructed. A loop here, a loop there, strung on a straight pin. It all just became so clear and I thought "I could make these!"

I'd like to say that it was easy and I made those same earrings and the rest is history, but it was a bit more clunky than that. Looking back, I'm sure I spent far more than the price of those earrings in tools, materials and time making and re-making them until I mastered the technique and finally produced a nearly exact replica.

But those earrings ignited my artistic fire like nothing before and Jenniflair Jewelry was born. I started with only earrings, but before long I created a collection that grew to include bracelets and necklaces. I joined a local art group, started participating in shows and eventually opened my Etsy shop in 2009.

There is tremendous satisfaction in completing a piece - especially one that has been developing in the back of my mind for days or weeks. I am always thinking about designs - everywhere I look I find inspiration for color, texture, materials and shape.

I love creating unique statement pieces that allow women to express themselves with flair!

I am drawn to color - particularly vibrant and bold hues which inspire my designs. I love creating full, unique and fun pieces carefully crafted using glass, wood, metal, shell and pearls.

Returns and exchanges
Exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis - contact seller directly about exchanging items.

Return policies are outlined in "Shipping Issues/Problems" above.

Store credit may be requested in lieu of refund when applicable.
Payment
Payment is expected within 5 days from date of purchase. If payment needs to be made at a later time, please contact seller to discuss before the 5 day period ends.

Unpaid item disputes will be filed after 8 days. If not paid or no communications have been received from buyer, I WILL re-list the item and sell to the next buyer.

Seller reserves the right to refuse future sales to buyers who did not pay for previous purchases.

I accept PayPal (preferred), credit card and domestic money orders only.

International customers must pay with domestic currency only. International currency not accepted.
Shipping
Shipping is through the USPS, First Class.

Insurance is optional and at the cost of the buyer. Please contact me to let me know you would like insurance and I will adjust the bill accordingly. Insurance is recommended as seller will not reimburse or repair for damage caused by shipping service.

SHIPPING ISSUES/PROBLEMS
If the items arrives damaged through means other than the shipping method, seller will refund the cost or repair the item - ONLY AFTER BROKEN ITEM IS RETURNED. If you prefer a refund for damaged items, cost of shipping will also be refunded.
