About

a fun hobby became my full time job

When I discovered Etsy, like most people, I joined as a shopper. I have always been very creative, and before too long I decided to try my hand at selling a few things that I make. For a while I considered selling on Etsy a fun hobby :)

I was a stay at home mom with two little girls, and when my youngest headed off to preschool, my plan was always to return to college to get my masters degree and enter the workforce. I started taking classes and was instantly unhappy. My heart and my happiness was tied up with being creative. My husband (my champion) was so supportive of my little Etsy shop and fully encouraged me to grow my tiny business. I put all my focus and energy into making my shop successful and I'm so proud of where I am today.

I come from a long line of makers. Whether it's bead work, crocheting, knitting, sewing, ceramics, jewelry making, doll making or painting... my mom, my grandma's and my great grandma's have done it all. It is a legacy that I honor and embrace. I have many handmade items from generations of women that have long passed.

My best creations usually begin as a special gift for someone I love or a collaboration with a customer. My favorite things to make are always one off a kind and I feel a tremendous amount of joy when a customer is excited to gift something I have made.

I love what I do and feel that it is expressed through my work. I am so pleased you have taken the time to visit my Etsy shop.

Shipping
All items ship within 7 business days of purchase. If you need something by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you :) Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Confirmation: This service is included with each purchase. Not available for international shipping.

TIME IN TRANSIT: Ship time in the US is typically 1-3 days. International shipping is typically 7-10+ days, but on occasion it can take weeks.

COST OF SHIPPING: All items are shipped with the United States Postal Service and include delivery confirmation.

PACKAGING: All my packages are wrapped in heavy weight brown contractor paper made from post consumer recycled materials. I try hard to be as green as I can :) I also do not include a printed invoice in my packaging, as they are available free online.

GIFT WRAPPING: If you are purchasing one of my items as a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please let me know. I would be happy to include a note to the recipient free of charge. Simply leave all the information you would like included in the "note to seller" section.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom made items are absolutely NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges! Thank you kindly for understanding.

If you purchase an item that you are dissatisfied with, please contact me immediately. I will do my honest best to make you happy. I will accept returns, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made with 7 days of receiving your item.
