★As noted in my policies and shipping information, your order will be all packaged together into ONE BOX before shipping in a padded envelope. I do not put each piece of your order in a separate box. The items are placed in a box before the padded envelope for extra protection to make sure that they arrive safely, not so that you have a gift box. This is to ensure your order arrives safely, while still being able to keep shipping costs down. If you are in need of an extra jewelry box, contact me before ordering to see what the additional fee and extra shipping costs will be.

NOTE: Be sure to check your shipping address for accuracy when placing an order. I will ship your order to the address you give me with your Etsy order. If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package comes back to me, you will have to pay the shipping cost for me to reship the package to you. If the package gets lost because of the incorrect address you provided, it is the buyer's loss.

★To preserve the life of any piece of jewelry, it is recommended that you never shower, swim, or exercise while wearing jewelry. This includes all pieces of jewelry that you wear including wedding rings.

★ NOTE: Some countries impose custom fees/duty fees/VAT fees for international customers, but keep in mind that if any additional customs fee charges are required in your country, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages CANNOT legally be marked as "gift" to avoid these fees. Be aware of this before you purchase. Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order after it's been shipped?
A: Most of my customers, within the US receive their packages in 2 to 5 days AFTER being shipped, though the postal service can take a bit longer at times. International Buyers…keep in mind that though I will ship your order quickly, many packages may sit in customs in your country for a time before they are officially delivered to you. Please be aware that depending on your location, actual delivery to you overseas customers requires patience. (For some reason, Canada seems to take the longest for delivery, so be aware of that when ordering. Thanks!)

Q: Can I add extra birthstones/or accent beads to a necklace?
A: Absolutely! To add additional birthstones/accent beads you can purchase the link below along with the necklace:

★★Q: Can you stamp something on the back of the pendant or keychain?
A: Sorry, but I can only stamp on one side of a pendant or keychain...otherwise I've found that the stamping runs the risk of showing through onto the front. Sorry about that.

Q: Can I include a note in the package so that I can send it directly as a gift?
A: Absolutely, it's no problem at all to include a short note for you in the package. Just type me a quick note during checkout of what you want the note to say.

Q: How will my order be packaged and shipped?
A: I will put your order together into ONE cotton-filled jewelry box (each item purchased will NOT be put into a separate jewelry box), then ship it in a bubble-mailer envelope. AGAIN NOTE: All items ordered will be packaged in one jewelry box. This saves on your shipping cost by not charging you for the cost of additional boxes, as well as, the extra weight for shipping.

Q: I've purchased one of the stainless steel laser etched designs, how do I care of it?
A: Do not scrub your stainless steel pendant, or you will scratch it. Clean any marks with a lint free soft cloth. To enhance the shine of the laser-etched pendant, you can use a drop of vegetable oil and a lint free soft cloth.

Q: What length are the necklaces?
A: You can now select you choice of chain when purchasing. If you are in need of a different length than the options given, contact me before you purchase to see what I have available. (NOTE: The mannequin with the necklace pictured in the grouping of pictures for every necklace is not depicting any necklace length, but rather is there to give you an idea of how the pendant will hang, and also a visual on the sizing of the pendant. Necklace length on a mannequin will not represent the same length as pictured on a person.)

Q: I checked tracking on my order and it hasn't updated in a couple days, can you see where my package is?
A: International tracking doesn't update as often as orders within the United States. Many times, tracking will show the last time that the package was processed before leaving the United States and then won't update for several days until it reaches your country. Even tracking within the US doesn't update immediately, so give it a couple days then check the tracking on your order for the latest info. The tracking you can check is the exact same tracking that I'm able to check. I don't have access or information more than what you are able to see when you check tracking.

You can check the tracking on your package by clicking on the icon that says, "You" on the top right of your screen, then click on "Purchases & Reviews", then you can click "Track Package" After that page pulls up, there's also a link on the bottom right corner of the tracking info that says, "View complete tracking history" which gives you the full tracking info from the postal service.

Q:What size is the pendant?
A: Check the sizing in the description of each piece of jewelry. Also, click on the arrows on the photos to see additional photos, as well as, the final picture which will show the necklace on a mannequin to give you a visual on the pendant sizing.

Q: What are the hand-stamped pendants made out of?
A: My hand-stamped, quote pieces are made using high quality aluminum. Aluminum is very hypoallergenic and those that are even allergic to sterling silver and other metals can usually wear aluminum without any problems....hence it is the main metal that I work with for all of my hand-stamped pieces.

Q: Can you make a custom necklace/custom quote for me?
A: I love custom orders! Convo me and let me know what you had in mind and I will see if it's something I can design for you. :)

OPTIONS: The accent bead(s) are attached to the chain, not to the pendant...that way they don't overlap the quote on the pendant. If you'd prefer your necklace to have the accent bead attached to the pendant, no problem, just leave me a note during checkout that you want the accent bead attached to the pendant instead of the chain.

NOTE: I'd love your positive review after receiving your jewelry. Welcome to Jenn's Handmade Jewelry!

My name is Jenn and I'd like to welcome you to my jewelry store!

Art has always been a part of my life. From the time I was very young, I've been artistic. From photography to paintings, to interior design, art, in some form, has always kept me busy.

I first got my start in jewelry design from one simple comment that my mom made after buying a beaded bracelet for me as a gift. All she said was, "You should make something like this Jenn." All of a sudden, a whole new world of creativity and designing was opened to me! What started out as a great hobby, has turned into nearly 17 years of making jewelry...my full-time jewelry business for many years now.

I started out at local craft shows selling my jewelry, but at the urging of many customers to sell online so they could purchase my jewelry at any time without waiting for my next craft show, I started a shop on Etsy, and also my own external website (link found by clicking on the "Shop Website" button on the right). I have been blessed to have a wonderful following of customers along with new ones that I have the joy of working with every day.

I got married in November of 2015, and my husband, Jon, joined the jewelry team. He assists me in many aspects of the jewelry business, from prepping jewelry, to shipping, and everything in between. He has been a wonderful addition to Jenn's Handmade Jewelry!

Family truly makes all of this possible! What you don't see is the behind the scenes of everyone who pitches in to help out. You don't see my mom who stops at my house every morning, and grabs my totes of packages that I completed the night before to mail them on her way to work. You don't see my dad is waits for my afternoon phone call to come pick up packages from the day to mail for me. What you don't see is the excitement and cheers from my family when they know I've had a busy jewelry day and am shipping jewelry all over the world. Family is a blessing and we couldn’t do it without their help!

I accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal, for payment. If you choose to checkout through Paypal, keep in mind that you, as the customer, do NOT have to have a Paypal account to purchase an item. PayPal can process your credit card without you having a Paypal account. Just follow the directions during checkout, and they will walk you through it. I make and ship all of my orders as quickly as possible, CHECK THE SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT ON MY MAIN PAGE FOR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES...THAT SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT WILL GIVE NOTIFICATIONS IF THERE ARE ANY SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO MY BEING OUT OF TOWN, ETC. IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT TO CHECK THAT SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT WHEN YOU ARE IN A RUSH FOR SOMETHING AS MOST TIMES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, I SHIP VERY QUICKLY, BUT THE TURNAROUND TIMES CAN VARY DURING BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR.

I do not put each piece of your order in a separate box. The items are placed in a box before the padded envelope for extra protection to make sure that they arrive safely, not so that you have a gift box. This is to ensure your order arrives safely, while still being able to keep shipping costs down. If you are in need of an extra jewelry box, contact me before ordering to see what the additional fee and extra shipping costs will be.


NOTE: Oftentimes, international tracking numbers will go days or even a couple of weeks without updating. Many times, tracking will show the last time that the package was processed before leaving the United States and then won't update for several days or even a few weeks (depending on your location) until it reaches your country.
This it out of my control. Just be aware of the "joys" of international shipping when ordering from overseas. :)

Please check the shipping address you enter before you submit your order to make sure that you are sending it to the right address. Needing to change a shipping address after the order has been placed can delay shipment.

Most photos are taken in natural sunlight, to ensure accuracy of the coloring. Keep in mind, though, that screen resolution and quality of computer monitors may cause the color to vary slightly.

My hand-stamped, quote pieces are made using aluminum, as each jewelry description shows. Aluminum is very hypoallergenic and those that are even allergic to sterling silver and other metals can usually wear aluminum without any problems....hence it is the main metal that I work with for all of my hand-stamped pieces.

To preserve the life of any piece of jewelry, I never recommend showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your jewelry.

Care instructions for the laser-etched stainless steel designs. Do not scrub your stainless steel pendant, or you will scratch it. Clean any marks with a lint free soft cloth. To enhance the shine of the laser-etched pendant, you can use a drop of vegetable oil and a lint free soft cloth.

Q: If I place an order today, how soon will my order ship?

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order after it's been shipped?
A: Most of my customers, within the US receive their packages in 2 to 5 days after being shipped. International Buyers…keep in mind that though I will ship your order quickly, many packages may sit in customs in your country for a time before they are officially delivered to you. Please be aware that depending on your location, actual delivery to you overseas customers requires patience. Q: Can you stamp something on the back of the pendant or keychain?
A: Sorry, but I can only stamp on one side of a pendant or keychain...otherwise I've found that the stamping runs the risk of showing through onto the front. Sorry about that.


Q: Can I include a note in the package so that I can send it directly as a gift?
A: Absolutely, it's no problem at all to include a short note for you in the package. Just type me a quick note during checkout of what you want the note to say.


Q: What length are the necklaces?
A: You can now select you choice of chain when purchasing. If you are in need of a different length than the options given, contact me before you purchase to see what I have available. (NOTE: The mannequin with the necklace pictured in the grouping of pictures for every necklace is not depicting any necklace length, but rather is there to give you an idea of how the pendant will hang, and also a visual on the sizing of the pendant. Necklace length on a mannequin will not represent the same length as pictured on a person.)


Q: I checked tracking on my order and it hasn't updated in a couple days, can you see where my package is?
