PLEASE NOTE:
The shipping that you pay for at checkout does not mean your order will arrive to you in that amount of time. Each order goes through processing first, then is shipped based on the type of shipping that you paid for. During times of high order volume, the products will take the full processing time to ship.

If a product processes in 2-3 business days and you picked priority 2-3 day shipping then your order should take a maximum of 6 business days to arrive to you.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days (this time is not guaranteed by the post office)
Priority shipping: 2-3 business days (this time is not guaranteed by the post office)
Please make sure you are placing your order in enough time to receive it for your event. Please do not type in the notes at checkout that you need something by a specific time without checking with us first to see if your items will arrive by that time. Thanks!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered labels for my Bridal shower event. I was so excited to have custom labels for my wine bottles. I ordered these labels over two weeks ago and the labels were supposed to arrive the Wednesday before my event. Then Thursday . Then Friday. Then the day of. Now it’s saying the Monday after my event. My souvenirs lacked the finishing touch it needed due to my labels never arriving. I messaged the owner with no response.

The estimated arrival times shown at checkout are not guaranteed for USPS standard, USPS priority, UPS 2 Day or UPS 3 Day Shipping. It is only guaranteed for USPS express and UPS Next Day.
I'm in a rush and need my order by a specific date. Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your order by a specific date and can't wait the full processing time, please message us before you place your order to see if we can meet your time frame.
Please DO NOT type when you need the order in the notes box at checkout before checking with us to see if we can meet that time frame. If you typed a needed by date in the notes to seller box, it will be ignored.
Can I customize this (insert name of product)?
We can customize most products in our shop. Please message us first to see if we can customize it the way you want before you place the order.
I'm ordering multiple items, is there a way to bundle them so that they all ship together to lower the shipping cost?
Yes, there is. Add one item to your cart, then go back to our shop, add then next item to your cart and so on until all items have been added, then checkout. Etsy will automatically calculate shipping according to what you've ordered and give you the lowest shipping cost.
Can I make changes to an order after it's placed?
We CANNOT make changes to an order after the order is placed. This includes but is not limited to, changes to addresses, changes to items ordered and shipping changes. Please make sure you are double checking your personalization to make sure you've spelled it correctly. Also, be sure to choose the correct shipping based on when you need the order.
Can I change the address on my order?
Orders immediately go to printing once we receive them and we may not be able to update the shipping address after the order is placed. We are not responsible for losses do to incorrect shipping address. Please make sure that your address is correct prior to placing the order.
