I’ve created art ever since I was a wee geekling, have studied at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, and have made learning my craft a life long journey that I have fallen in love with over and over again. I'm an Illustrator, Thread Artist, Geek, Potterhead, Whovian, Trekkie & complete Chocolate Lover.

Returns, exchanges and refunds / cancellations
Unless an error is made on my part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted nor offered due to the custom and personalized nature of my items. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only unless the item has already been mailed (you will have received a message from me indicating the item was sent).
Lost Parcels, Damaged Mail, etc
Unfortunately I can't do any type of refund (money back, product exchanges, discounts, etc) for any damaged or lost mail. Why? Because I can't take on the blame and responsibility of the post office. While my shop is still growing, I'm not able to pay for those type of postal accidents. As my shop continues growing I hope to help out as much as I can! With that in mind, be aware of your shipping choice (see: SHIPPING FAQ). Have an awesome day!
Are *all* of the stickers water / weatherproof?
We currently offer two sticker options: Glossy and Weatherproof Matte.
The GLOSSY Stickers are not waterproof and work great on surfaces that will not come in to contact with moisture like paper, electronics, etc.
The WEATHERPROOF MATTE are perfect for applications that may come in contact with moisture, and utilize a wastewater inkjet coating while maintaining a strong, permanent adhesive. PLEASE NOTE: To prevent ink from scratching off in HIGH-CONTACT applications an additional topcoat spray is recommended.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of the items in my shop are awesomely gift wrapped and trimmed like a boss. If you'd like me to include a special note or message, let me know!
Shipping FAQ - DOMESTIC
* Standard: shipped via USPS in a traditional envelope backed with chipboard. Tracking is available via your order in Etsy and https://tracking.pb.com/ (Pitney Bowes) for this option, however, it is limited and NOT always updated.
Note: USPS will not always scan these items resulting in an incorrect status (some will state not shipped when they have).
* ALL OTHER: Items are packaged in a rigid paperboard or bubble mailer with additional chipboard. Tracking is available through Etsy AND USPS.com.

"Return To Sender - Not Deliverable As Addressed"
If you submitted an incorrect address and your mailed item has been returned to me stating: "Return To Sender - Not Deliverable As Addressed - Unable to Forward", I will gladly re-send you the item, however, I WILL have to charge you ADDITIONAL SHIPPING as the mistake was not on my end and was due to an incorrectly submitted address when ordered.
I will reach out to you for a new and correct address, and once that has been confirmed and payment for the additional shipping is complete, I will mail your order with the new address and packaging.
Please make sure to verify your address before process your order to avoid this situation. I love when your items make it to you quickly and without issue, so let's work together to make that happen!
