Returns and exchanges
I'm happy to refund purchase price minus shipping on any items that do not live up to their description, within reason. (No buyer's remorse, please!) I must be notified of your dissatisfaction via Etsy "Conversations" within three days of your receipt of item, however, and cannot send out a refund until I get the item back. Holiday themed merchandise is exceptional. please inquire about return policy.
Payment
I prefer paypal...everything is protected and convenient. However, I cheerfully accept postal money orders made out to Jenny Wyble. All payment must be received within seven days of online purchase. I will ship your item within two business days of receiving payment.
Shipping
Unless instructed otherwise in the "notes to seller" section, I will ship your item to the address you have registered with Etsy.

To keep shipping costs down, I generally use USPS First Class Mail for all jewelry. I use USPS Priority shipping for all feathered hairpieces. My creations are precious to me, as is your satisfaction, so I carefully package all items. Insurance, tracking, Priority or expedited shipping will cost a bit extra...please email for details.
