Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm glad to hear you like the beads. I understand your frustration with transit times - while I always want your beads to make it to you as fast as possible (I shipped the same day you ordered, 12/23), Christmas week is unfortunately the busiest week for the US Post Office. While a package from Texas to your location typically takes around 4 days, I can see it took the post office 8 days to deliver this time. Unfortunately this is completely out of my hands, but I am glad to hear the beads made it to you safely. Thank you again!

Frequently asked questions
Is the color accurate?
I do my best to photograph my beads accurately. I use daylight bulbs and natural sunlight. Computer monitors, phone screens and tablet screens may show colors differently, though.
Light is shining on the beads to show details. If you're looking at your beads in a darker room, they're not going to look as bright.
How can I tell what size the beads really are?
I take my photos very close up. I do this to show the details of the bead/finding. This can make them look much bigger than they actually are. There are a couple of ways you can determine how big an item really is:
1) some listings have a secondary picture of the bead/finding in my hand. I do this to give an idea of real size.
2) I list the measurements of every bead/finding in millimeters. This is the standard unit of measure for beads. If you're more familiar with inches, to give you a frame of reference:
1 inch = 25.4mm
So a bead that's 8mm in diameter, is approximately 1/3 of an inch (just under that).
A bead that's 12mm is about 1/2"
A bead that's 4mm is about 1/6"
How big are the holes of the beads?
Most of my glass beads will have fairly similar hole sizes. Typically .8-1mm. If a bead has a significantly larger hole, I'll state that in the listing.
Gemstone bead holes can be even smaller. Gemstone beads that are hand-cut in India tend to have the smallest holes. I recommend using 26 or even 28 gauge wire for these beads.
If you need an exact measurement, please feel free to message me.
If I place more than one order can you combine shipping?
In most cases, yes! I am happy to combine shipping on multiple orders under the following circumstances:
*only orders placed in the same day (shipping to the same address) can be combined
*please notify me ASAP if you plan on placing an additional order
*I sometimes ship within minutes of receiving an order - if your order status shows 'shipped' it is unlikely I will be able to add anything to that package.
*While I will refund the additional shipping charges, a 25 cent handling fee will be withheld for each additional order (to cover the processing fees charged to me for each additional transaction)
What age range are your products suitable for?
All items found in my shop are intended for use by those ages 16 and over. Small beads/findings/charms can be a choking hazard. They should not be used in children's jewelry.
