Custom and personalized orders
CUSTOM ORDERS
Would you like a new painting to suit your surroundings? I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Please contact me via "Request Custom Order" button on my shop and listing pages or, via Etsy convo.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Postage of original artworks, includes tracking to most countries, custom made sturdy boxes/rigid envelopes, acid- free tissue paper, bubble wrap and tape.

What is a commissioned artwork?
A commissioned artwork is a completely new artwork that may be inspired by one of my previous ones, but, will have it's own character and qualities. I work with the creative process and the flow of inspiration, therefore, if you would like to commission an artwork, I assume that you love, what I do. Your new artwork will be different from my previous ones, but will connect, to the way I work and will be a, one-of a- kind, original, artwork, created especially for you.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We ask you to indicate which Outlook8studio artwork/s inspired you to contact us.
2. I will create a new artwork, inspired by the artwork/s you indicated. I will retain full freedom in the interpretation. Each artwork I create will be a new and original created especially for you.
3. The commission starts once paid you have paid the NON REFUNDABLE 50% advanced payment which covers part of the time and work in creating the new artwork.
4. Once both parties agree on all information gathered, I will commence creating the artwork . I will send images to you, once completed. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with final payment.

5. Each artwork is created in a spontaneous manner and I reserve the right to evaluate and make any small, reasonable adjustment to the artwork.
6. I am sure you will love the new artwork! However if you are not satisfied with the artwork and do not wish to complete the custom order, the 50% non refundable advanced payment is retained.
7. The 50% non refundable advanced payment cannot be exchanged with any other artwork in the store, as it is related to the commissioned time, time spent creating the artwork.
8. Commissioned artwork is non refundable.
9. Processing time for a custom original artwork is normally 2-6 weeks.
10. You fully accept all "Outlook8studio's" commissioned/custom artworks Terms and Conditions" from 1 to 10.
Custom and personalized orders
I ship internationally paintings up to 40x40" - 1mt. x 1mt. ready to hang and flat. Larger sizes come un-stretched, protected with archival tissue paper and rolled in a rigid and protective tube. They need to be stretched at your local framers, and any framer is able to do that.
