I'm writing to let you know that I'm going to be dwindling down my inventory in my Etsy shop over the next few months. I've decided to focus on a new career, and I'm excited to start this new chapter in my life.
I've loved running Jen’s Scraps for the past 14 years, and I'm so grateful to everyone who has supported my business in that time. Thank you for your orders, your kind words, and your feedback. It means the world to me.
It's been an amazing journey to grow this business from the ground up. I've met so many wonderful people and made so many memories.
I'll continue to sell my existing inventory, as well as items that are already created and ready to ship. I'll also be offering discounts on all items in my shop.

The ceramic tile coasters I purchased with this (of the Black & White Watercolor Horse) fit well...but when there is only one coaster left, the stand/coaster(s) falls over. The stand is a lightweight wood material. I purchased the "Red Barn Stain" & it pops very nicely on the granite counter in my kitchen. Thank you!

When selecting your photos for personalized coasters, a good resolution (150 dpi or higher) works best. -
Our tiles range in color from light to dark. Not all are smooth and some have more divots than others. -

Frequently asked questions
Are the travertine coasters absorbent?
Yes, it is a natural stone, so they are as absorbent as the tile will allow, the more porous, the more absorbent.
Care instructions
Wipe with damp cloth, do not submerge in water.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the nature of these coasters and how they have to be packaged for shipment, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Are these coasters sealed?
No. The process in transferring the images uses heat, and imbeds the image into the stone. No sealing is required and your coasters should last a lifetime.
Is there a film on these coasters?
No. The image is transferred directly to the stone using heat, no other coating is placed over the image.
How are the images transferred to the stone?
The images are transferred via heat. Keep in mind that they are transferred just as I receive them. If they are blurry they will transfer blurry. If they’re dark, they’ll be dark, light they’ll be light, low resolution, then they may be difficult to make out, etc. I cannot do magic on the images received.

In the event that Jen's Scraps honors a return or an exchange, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. No return or exchange will be honored on personalized or custom items.
