I'm so upset with this artist! She deceived me when she sold me this otter. His tail had been broken prior to shipment. I could see were it was glued and then she laid a roll of beads over the top of it to try to cover it up. Who does that? Where is the integrity? She told me to go to the supply store for beads. Really? This is such bad business I can't even begin to comprehend it. I owned my own business for 15 years, and I never would've done anything like this. All I can say is shame on her!

You received your order in 3 days, a generous discount, excellent communication along the way and you declined to return the item. As you know, the piece you purchased (at a highly discounted price) is made for hanging display purposes only. All precautions were made to ensure the piece in its entirety would be completely secure for intended use as described in the listing. Had you at all indicated your interest was only in the cabochon instead of purchasing the finished piece solely to re-purpose the components, we would have offered one for purchase. We have been selling to our happy customers for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on integrity and originality and would never steal or re-purpose another artist's work. It is unfortunate, but even in the event of an unusual situation, we appreciate all feedback.
