Hi there and welcome to The House of Wood! Thanks for stopping by. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Payment

I accept credit card payments, as well as payments through PayPal. PayPal is a secure, third-party payment processor that accepts all major credit cards. You don't need a PayPal account to pay for your order nor do you disclose any financial information to me.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. If payment has not been received within three days of placing your order, it will be canceled.

Shipping

All ready-to-ship prints are shipped within three days of receiving payment via US Postal Service. Unless otherwise specified, shipments are not insured. Please allow additional time for custom print orders.

Wooden growth charts and wood name signs are made to order. Turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks. I cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, please let me know before you place your order.

Prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope, and larger prints are shipped in rigid, cardboard tubes via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Per the USPS website, estimated shipping times for Priority Mail within the United States is 2-5 business days. I'm happy to ship internationally, however shipping times can vary depending on location. Any international duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to refund, replace, or exchange your order on a case-by-case basis.
