I only accept payment through Paypal, please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this.
Shipping
For shipping in the UK, i use First Class. This does not include recorded signed for or tracking.

For shipping to all other places, i use International Airmail, which does not include recorded signed for or tracking.

If you would like the option of including Recorded Signed for or Tracking to your order (at an extra charge), please contact me to arrange.

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped and is excitedly on it's way to you!
Refunds and Exchanges
Each piece is very personal, once it reaches it's new home, i'm afraid i cannot accept its return, so please choose your new friend carefully! However it is important to me that you are delighted with your order, so if you are extremely unhappy about your purchase, please contact me!

All efforts will be made to ensure your goodies arrive to you in immpecable condition. Please note that i will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in both the UK and to International destinations. I will, however, assist to locate any missing parcels, and i'm happy to offer advice on how to repair any minor damages if they ever occur.

Let's just hope that none of this horrible and scary faulting, breaking, damaging, losing etc occurs in the first place..and that you just simply adore every piece you order and that they stay pristine & immaculate for years and years to come!!
