L'Etelier - The summer atelier

I've always dreamt of having my own product line. I wanted to create beautiful things that would bring on a smile just looking at it.

L'Etelier is my dream fulfilled where I spend my days in my little room converted into an atelier making things that I love that makes me happy.

L'Etelier is a small production workshop. Each piece is designed to bring you joy and I sincerely hope that it will bring you as much happiness to use my accessories and nails as it has for me to make them.

Except for the Ready Made and Supplies section, all items are handmade and unique and I seldom make more than one of each item. As much as possible, I try to make lasting pieces by sourcing for the most appropriate materials for the design.

We accept Paypal and credit cards. For other payment options, or if you have any questions on shipping or product pricing, please email me to clarify before purchase.

All paid orders will be shipped within a week unless there are other considerations (e.g. product takes more than 1 week to make). In these cases, I will email you as soon as I receive your order to confirm with you.

Products are carefully packed in bubble wrap, nail art orders will be pack the items in a tin box. Art nails will be secured down to ensure they stay safe during transport.


Products are shipped via regular Registered Singapore Post air mail. Please note that it takes approximately 2 - 4 working weeks for items to reach United States or Europe. A shipping notification will be sent when item is shipped together with the tracking number. You will be able to track the article at

For faster shipping (approximately 1 week), SpeedPost or Fedex is available at an additional charge. The rates begin at $24. Please enquire at point of payment and I will enquire with the carrier service for the exact charges.


Customs and taxes can be imposed at your destination country for higher priced orders. Please check with your country's relevant customs before placing large orders if unsure.
Refunds and Exchanges

I will be happy to refund any damaged, wrong or incomplete orders at no additional cost to you. For products that you are unhappy with due to reasons other than the above, I will be happy to refund if your return the item to me in its original packaging and unused at your own expense. I will refund the price of the item as soon as I receive your returned product.


In the case of non-arrival of product, I will help to trace the registered post item via the post office, but will not be able to provide you a refund or resend as I have proof of sending. I can resend another of the same item (if available, or if not a similar replacement) if the customer will bear the cost of the item.


In the case that you have opted for the item to be sent via non-registered airmail, I will not be able to provide you with any refund or resend as there is no tracking available on receipt of item. The buyer will need to bear the loss of the item.
