Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
All request for returns or exchanges must be made within 72 hours of purchase... There are No Exceptions...

Yes, I will take a return if I have misrepresented the item, or failed to mention any damage to all vintage items.

If you do NOT receive your item in 7 days (domestic buyers) or 2 to 6 weeks for International. Please contact me through Etsy via convo, or the email address on the business card enclosed with your package. I will then check the tracking and investigate the situation and get back to you in 2 to 3 business days, or faster.

If your item has been lost I will issue a full refund... In some cases you may need to sign an affidavit for insurance via the internet before I can issue a refund.
Payment
We accept all major Credit Cards through PayPal as well as our Preferred payment by Etsy's Direct Checkout...

Custom Orders 100% up front for any custom order over 2 rosaries... If you buy more than 2 we can do a 70% up front with 30% to be paid before shipping the item...

We reserve items for up to 24 hours, sometimes longer upon request, just contact us through Etsy if you need more time.
Shipping
All items Shipping Charges are based on the items weight when ready to ship through Etsy's Shipping Internal Shipping Calculator. There is an additional handling charge for most items of $0.75 cents per package, not per item. Some larger items have a $1.50 handling charge per package, not per item, to cover extra packing material for larger boxes.

All packages are insured once they leave here.
