A Passion to Create

I remember even as a little girl, loving to sit and rock in the rocking chair while drawing pictures. I'd draw and rock so often, my mother told me I'd wear out the rockers.
Art was always my favorite class throughout all my schoolings, and perhaps the subject I remember most. Watercolor paintings and crayon drawings in elementary school, my first time working with clay in middle school, discovering oil paints in high school. Even now, in college, discovering the joys of metal working in my jewelry making class.
I've always loved to draw and paint and create. I believe it's a passion that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy my work. I make everything with love, and I don't use anything to make an item that I wouldn't wear myself.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased, please contact me to see if any arrangements can be made to remedy the situation.
I send my prints out to a printing company to be printed before the print is shipped to the customer, and if a mistake has been made on the end of the printing company I would need to contact them to remedy to situation.

If no solutions can be made, you have 30 days to return the item to me in the original package that it came in. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price minus any shipping costs back to your account.

For digital items, because they are digital, no refunds will be made.

This is because once a buyer downloads a file, they have the file, and there is no returning a file once it has been downloaded.
Also, because there is no way to prove whether a buyer could be 'fibbing' about not having received said file.

However, if there is a problem with downloading the digital media, such as you paid and were unable to download the content, I will arrange for the download to become available to you again until you are able to download the content successfully.
If several attempts are made with still no success (including email), a print or hard copy of the material can be shipped to you upon discussion of the matter. The customer will be responsible for shipping.

In the case of a failure to download customized invitation files, and the customer wishes instead to go ahead and have hard copies shipped to them, the customer will be responsible for both printing and shipping costs, minus the original cost of the digital download previously paid.

I do not accept refunds for items purchased from the charity section of my shop as a majority of any profits go to the charities described in the description of the item purchased.
I accept Paypal and credit cards. I do not accept money orders or checks.
ALL orders are shipped basic ground unless otherwise stated in the listing description.
If express shipping is desired and upgrading shipping is not an available option to the listing, please convo me to see what arrangements, if any, can be made.
I am not responsible for items lost or broken in the mail. I always do try to make sure the items I ship are packaged correctly and safely to prevent any possible damage to the item.
If you do receive a broken item in the mail, you can either convo me about shipping it back to have it repaired, or I can instruct you on how to repair it yourself.

I'm open to custom orders, in fact I encourage them! See a product you like, but would love it more if it was a different color, size, or even if it sparks an idea and you want me to make something completely new, send me a convo and I'll make you a custom order. All items are guaranteed made with love, custom orders get extra love.
