UK orders are shipped via second or first class Royal Mail (courier used if you order wallpaper) as standard, and depends on which products you are purchasing. Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days of it being shipped; however during very busy periods, such as in the run up to Christmas, the Royal Mail shipping times may be longer. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. You can use the shipping upgrade option at the checkout to upgrade to special delivery if required.*

*If you choose to opt for 'special delivery' - this is a next working day, by 1pm service. This does not include a Saturday guarantee. Ie. if your order is shipped on a Friday, expect it to arrive on Monday.

Royal Mail shipping guidelines state that 10 working days (Mon-Friday) must have passed after the expected delivery date before an item is considered lost. If you haven't received your item within this time, I will send a replacement package at no cost to you or I can offer a refund.

First class delivery aim is next working day.

Orders placed from outside of the UK are sent either via standard Airmail or Airmail with tracked and signed delivery.

Products sent with standard airmail (you can upgrade at the checkout if you wish): individual greeting cards, card packs, tote bags, magnets, decorations and coasters.

Products sent with tracked & signed airmail: prints, tea towels and wallpaper.

If your order contains a combination of products that are usually sent tracked and non tracked then tracked and signed shipping will be used as standard.

Please note that when sending to foreign countries, customs fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these fees.

If an item goes missing in the post, I will send a replacement at no cost to you or offer a refund. Please note that for European orders sent by airmail, 20 working days must have passed before an item is considered lost, and 25 working days must have passed for orders outside of Europe, before I am able to send a replacement. Please note that working days do not include weekends so 25 working days is 5 weeks.

Please ensure that the correct address is used when placing your order. I cannot re-send items that have gone missing or have been returned due to the postal service stating that there is incorrect or insufficient delivery information. If the item is returned to me under these circumstances, I can refund the cost paid for the goods, but not the cost of delivery.

If an item is returned due to the postal service leaving a card for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from a sorting office and their cut off time lapses before you collect then I can re-send for the cost of postage, or refund your order minus any postage costs incurred when shipping your item the first time. This figure may differ from what you actually paid.

Please note that the delivery times provided by Etsy are estimates and do not take into account current situations. Extreme volumes of post (sent in the lead up to Christmas) can really impact the length of time it takes an item to deliver.

I am finding that some orders being shipped overseas and in some European countries can take a few weeks to deliver and your patience is appreciated at this time.
