All of the pins I sell on here are standard grade enamel pins unless stated otherwise on the listing, meaning they are near perfect with no visible defects of any kind. They may have tiny specs, etc. to be viewed with scrutiny but have no flaws that will actually affect the appearance of your pins!

If your tracking number says this, it means that your label has been printed, but perhaps not packaged and dropped off at the post office yet. This will occur sometimes because I usually print out 100 or 200 labels at one time and work on packaging those batches, which can sometimes take a day or two. If you see this on your order's tracking, just give it a few days and it will probably update, and if it doesn't shoot me an email at jessiehannahart@gmail.com or a message request here on Etsy!

If you get the wrong item or you are missing items, please email me at jessiehannahart@gmail.com with your order number and details regarding the order and I will do what I can to fix the issue with you and make sure the errors get corrected.

If your tracking number says delivered but you haven't gotten your package in your mailbox yet please do the following:

1. Check with your neighbors.
2. Check all the places your mail could be delivered (front door/leasing office/backyard/mail room)
3. Check with your local post office and let them know you have a package that says delivered but you have not yet received it. You may have to open a missing package claim with them.

I recommend to also wait a few days before losing all hope that your package is lost! Afterwards, you are welcome to email me, but please understand that if I don't have the product available to replace your missing package, I may not be able to replace them, as I am not responsible for the package getting lost.

I make an effort to ship orders out as quickly as they come in, but please keep in mind that this shop (along with my main store, jessie-hannah.com) is run by one person! Whenever I update my shops, I usually get anywhere between 800 to over a thousand orders all at once, so it can sometimes take anywhere between 7-21 business days or even longer for me to ship your order. Please do be patient with me!

✶‼️PRE-ORDERING IS A COMMITMENT‼️✶ Pre-ordering/back-ordering means you are helping a product that is GOING to be made, which means I do not have them in stock just yet. Production time can take around 4-8 weeks (or potentially longer) for the item to be made and another week or so for me to quality check and send out the packages. In some instances, such as a mistake during production, a busy factory, or a pandemic, production may be delayed and can take as long as two or three months. If you are not willing to wait patiently for the product, please DO NOT preorder! Pre-order items will ALWAYS be available for in-stock purchase as well once they arrive!
