Announcement
Jewelflyt specialises in unique, handmade jewellery using fine silver, bronze, copper, glass & semi-precious stones.
Working with metal clay allows me to use natural textures (such as leaves) in my pieces, as well as 'drawing' or imprinting designs directly into the surface. After finishing & firing, the now solid fine silver, bronze or copper pieces can be polished to highlight the unique designs.
Pieces are finished with sterling silver findings - all of the earring hooks are also handmade by me.
Many of my pieces are one of a kind, I may make something similar, but never exactly the same. Every piece is made by hand, which lends it's own uniqueness.
New pieces are coming all the time, please check back

5 out of 5 starsBeautifully packaged and shipped very promptly, this pendant is even prettier and daintier than in the photo. The warm tones of the stones complement the bronze drop beautifully, and the combination of these toning with the silver chain and bails make this a very versatile piece to match with many outfits.

sparks fly...
Lightning crackled, sparks flew and colourful bokeh filled the night. An idea came on jewelled wings and Jewelflyt was born.
Working from her home in the depths of the countryside, Vickie forges elegant pieces of jewellery, using fine sliver from the mountains, jewels made from the sparkle of light, crystals and glass from the Earth itself, and the pieces of souls that float without a home.
Sparkling beads thread onto a sliver wire, another piece is done. It finds its true owner and is sent across the turbulent seas.
Vickie creates elegance with her jewellery and like all artists; nothing is more pleasurable than sharing a creation.

.....
Ok, I have to admit it's not actually that dramatic when I make jewellery (although I do think creating is at least a little magic) - but it sounds good, doesn't it? :)
I've always loved creating things & started making beaded jewellery many (many) years ago, to wear myself, to give as gifts & eventually to sell in the small business my family & I run.
A few years ago, I tried precious metal clay & fell in love :) I work with lots of organic shapes & textures (such as leaves), as well as creating my own textures using some of my drawings. I just love coming up with new designs, or tweaking old ones to create something new.
Many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, never to be repeated. And every piece is made by hand so no two are ever exactly alike.
