I strive for satisfied customers. I hope that between my descriptions and photos you will have an accurate representation of what to expect.

As such, if you do want to make a return because you have changed your mind, I will need to charge a restocking fee of 10% and then I will give you a refund minus the shipping costs. This excludes custom orders, unless I determine that the item can be resold. If it is a personalized item (for example a stamped tag) these items cannot be returned as I won't be able to resell it.

To prevent a custom order from needing to be returned because of it not meeting your expectations, I provide a sketch/proof for you to approve before I begin creating your piece. Slight variations need to be expected from the sketch to the finished product, but these will only contribute to the uniqueness of your piece and will not be glaring mistakes.
I accept PayPal and money orders. I need to receive your payment within 5 days of your purchase.

You can use a credit card through PayPal without creating an account.
I am as excited for you to get your treasure as you are to receive it (I hope!!)...

That means that I will do my best to get it shipped out as quickly as possible. If the item is already made, I will probably get it to the post office within one or two days. If it's going to be longer than that, I will definitely let you know what the estimated time frame will be as soon as I get your confirmation of payment.

I generally use First Class Mail. If you need something rushed, I am willing to work with that and we can make arrangements.

I quite often use recycled/upcycled packaging (boxes and envelopes) in my shipping. That saves on costs for you and me. If you have a specific request for something different, please let me know.

For my international customers; I will always be truthful on the customs form. Please do not ask me otherwise.

I do offer coupon codes from time to time. These can be used on any of my regular stock, but cannot be used towards any type of custom orders. If a custom piece is ordered (such as a stamped tag) and a coupon code is applied, the transaction will be cancelled.
