I purchased these earrings for my wedding, knowing that it would be rare to find someone else in London with the same! I don't make online purchases often, so I am always a littler wary of getting scammed. However, this is known to be a reputable sight, and the maker/seller did not disappoint! They contacted me regarding everything, purchase, delivery, etc. and my jewelry arrived safely in no time at all! It was exactly what I expected and I am 100% satisfied. Furthermore, it was going to cost more to send to nEngland than the price quoted and paid for (due to the type of box it was sent in), but the maker/seller took that extra cost entirely upon themselves and did not ask me to do so. I felt like my purchase really mattered to them.

Holiday Holds and Lay a Ways
I will place items on hold, for 3-5 business days, if you really want it badly. Just convo me with the item's # and when you'll be picking it up. I will work out deals for longer time, if need be.
Higher end items: I will place on hold for 2 weeks with purchase made on determined date. Just convo me and we can work out the details.

This also applies for any special orders as well, where as the cost of the Alchemical item was determined upon by the seller and the buyer.
Money Orders ~ I will not ship until I receive money order payment. Once order is made, I consider it a sale. I allow 5~7 days for the money order to reach me. If I do not receive payment I consider it a none sale, and the item goes back up for sale on my site. If for some reason you were not able to get the payment out on time, please contact me so we can readjust our contract.
Pay Pal method of payment ~ Once order is made, I consider it a sale. Once I get Pay Pal Sale confirmation, I will ship item out the next day.
I don't have a cancellation policy, so Please, Please, Please be sure you are ordering what you really want. Because all sales are final.
For larger items such as wreath, bears, etc., they are packaged accordingly and shipped the same way.
Shipping: We ship internationally as well locally. International customers need to contact us to find out shipping details for their location. I strongly recommend purchasing the delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance for all international customers, which start @ $10.00. ( We will not be held responsible for lost, damage or theft.)
Shipping confirmation and Insurance coverage available upon request. Confirmation fee for US starts @ $1.75. Insurance coverage starts @ $2.50 US. ***We are not responsible for lost or damage, or theft, while in transit.*** WE strongly suggest purchasing these services for your protection.
Once item is shipped to desired location, we will than contact the customer via email, with tracking, insurance and (ETA) estimated time of arrival. All shipping is done via (USPS) United States Postal Service, unless customer requests other wise. Our average delivery time is 3-5 business days. (We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to holidays, or disasters.)

WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT: With the right trust worthy contact I will consider this type of partnership, with a contract and detailed information of who I'm doing business with. My work is my livelihood, and I take it very personal, so if you're intrested convo me, I'd like to hear what you're offering. Don't take offense if I ask lots of questions, It's my way of doing business.
SPECIAL FIXES: We will do, on occasion special fixes for our customers who’ve we’ve become aquatinted with, do to previous business transactions and orders. Such services as resizing of rings, lengthening or shorting of strung necklaces, and some particulars depending on the item of interests.
In most cases, due to the complexity of the design, and or, the supply used, it’s not possible. In most cases there will be a service charge for labor and supplies, but depending on the item, we can choose to waive the cost.
Once item is completed we will post finished piece in boutique on Etsy.com. Posted piece will be labeled (Special Order for customer’s name). We will also contact the customer via email to let them know their order is ready, and that payment is required. (Depending on the item and the customer, we may request full payment up front, or a deposit, and final payment on completion, before item is shipped.
